Who is behind this website

This website, which trades as DEC Creative Studio, belongs to TALENTRA S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in the Argentine Republic, tax ID (CUIT) 30-71961789-8, with its registered address at Ramón Lista 3583, Rosario Sud (2000), Santa Fe, Argentina. Use of the website

Visiting this website is free and means you accept these terms. The projects in the portfolio are work done for clients or our own demos; the brands, photos and texts of each project belong to their owners.

The design, texts, logo and code of this website belong to TALENTRA S.A.S. They may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Privacy

• Controller: TALENTRA S.A.S. (DEC Creative Studio), Ramón Lista 3583, Rosario Sud (2000), Santa Fe, Argentina, info@decreativestudio.com.
• What data: what you send us through the form: name, email, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• What for: to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not send advertising.
• Legal basis: your consent when you send the form and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), and Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
• How long: as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at most; if you hire us, we keep it for the project and for the periods required by law.
• Who else sees it: nobody; we do not sell or share it. It is only processed on our behalf by the provider that hosts the website and receives the form (Netlify, Inc., in the United States) and by our email provider.
• Transfers outside the EU: TALENTRA S.A.S. is based in Argentina, a country the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Transfers to the United States are made with the safeguards required by the EU Regulation.
• Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, take it to another service or withdraw your consent by writing to info@decreativestudio.com. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the AEPD).

The owner of personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326. The ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION AGENCY (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, has the power to deal with complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules.

Cookies

This website does not use its own or analytics cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser’s IP address. If you open a project live, that project’s website is loaded and may use its own cookies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the data protection and consumer laws of your country of residence.
