EVA, the management app for holiday rentals
EVA is software built by DEC Creative Studio so that holiday-rental agencies and property managers can run their day-to-day business from one place: messages from guests and customers, and the team's work.
The business's WhatsApp in a shared inbox
Each business connects its own WhatsApp Business number to EVA through Meta's official signup (WhatsApp Business Platform). From then on, conversations with guests and customers appear in a shared inbox: the team reads and replies from EVA, sees who is handling each chat and doesn't lose messages when shifts change.
Optional assistant
The business can turn on an assistant that suggests or sends replies to common questions (opening hours, check-in, directions…) using the business's own information and its previous answers. It can be switched on and off at any time, and staff can correct or withdraw a reply.
The team's daily work
Besides messages, EVA helps organise the team's daily tasks, so everyone knows what is pending.
How we handle data
- Messages from each number are used only to provide this service to the business that owns that number.
- We don't sell the data, we don't use it for advertising and we don't use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
- The business can disconnect its number and ask us to delete its data at any time.
